Pizza!!

We made a pizza dough that was so simple- it only had 2 ingredients!!




2 Cups Self Raising Flour

1 tub natural yoghurt


Mix! Knead and roll out to the size you want.

Add your toppings. (we used salami, ham, fetta, sundried tomato/artichoke/capsicum mix from the deli)

Bake in a preheated oven : 200'C (400'F) about 15 mins depending on your oven.

Easy as and quicker and healthier than takeaway!!



We have a ceramic pizza stone that helps give pizza a nice crispy base.

    I remember when I made the pizza dough for my family I added dried oregano.

  3. That's such a good idea, I never even thought of that. Thank you for sharing. I love making pizza because you can put such fabulous things on it and everyone can make their own according to what ingredients they like. Yum.
